All of our programmes lead to professional qualification or accreditation, and we’ll give you plenty of support in your studies. Alongside this there’ll be a wide range of soft skills training too, in areas such as presentation and communication skills, and how to manage individuals.
This starts early, and never stops. You’ll have the support of a buddy and a mentor all the way through your programme. Your mentor will be a senior, accredited person from the business, who’ll be able to help you with your studies and general progress. Your buddy will be someone a year or two ahead of you, so they’ll understand the day-to-day challenges you’ll be facing.
After the programme
If you successfully complete your programme, we’ll continue to support your long-term growth here. You’ll have access to all kinds of skills sessions through The Academy - our bespoke training system. These will cover a range of soft skills such as presenting, project management and time management.
