Our values guide us in our behaviours, at work and elsewhere. They are vital to our success, so must be at the heart of our business.
To create a culture in which each and every one of us has a fundamental role and can be accountable for our actions, we have introduced a set of behaviours by which we can further embed those values. These are also a fundamental part of the Code of Business Conduct.
To fully embed them in our organisation, we are working to bring them to life in the way we behave and work together. Ensuring that our employee’s performance is assessed on not only what they deliver, but also how, ie demonstrating how task results were delivered in line with our values and behaviours.
