We have supplied over 130 selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems globally for a variety of applications from large-scale pulverized-coal utility boilers, through industrial process heaters and boilers, to combustion turbines. In fact, we supplied the first four SCR systems on utility plants in the United States.
From the pulverizers to the furnace, all components contribute to the combustion and NOx emissions performance of the boiler. We employ a systems approach by optimizing the primary air system, pulverizer performance, fuel line balancing, secondary air duct and windbox flow to achieve the most cost effective low NOx solution.
