On a recent modernisation, the team reduced outage duration from 85 to 46 days while completing 70% of the total work outside of the main outage.

Amec Foster Wheeler brings global procurement and supply chain management experience to large and small clients. We work with experienced supply chain partners and continuously monitor and assess their performance to ensure that every project is delivered efficiently. Our skilled procurement specialists ensure that the best equipment and commodities are secured and delivered.

We offer a full-range of project delivery options from staff augmentation to EPC and EPCM. Our client’s benefit from the hands-on construction knowledge and experience that we bring to every project. The Bowater Catawba Fiberline project is a good example. Amec Foster Wheeler and our EPC partners completed this project 3% under budget. The plant started up on time and was at full production within 15 days.
