Multi-disciplinary project management delivers on produced water treatment

Our multi-disciplinary approach allowed Arrow Energy to appoint a single entity providing project management and engineering roles. We were responsible for the successful delivery of 12ML per day reverse osmosis equipment, 1450ML water storage between five dams, and the ancillary water network infrastructure.

Our multi-disciplinary team included construction supervision, commissioning leads, quality assurance engineers and design engineers to deliver project services, cost estimation, and other support services. These key personnel were part of the larger Integrated Management Team, which provided Arrow with enhanced coordination, monitoring and control expertise. Our scope included:

  • Development of a Project Execution Plan (PEP)
  • Engineering, procurement and project controls system
  • Verification and development of cost estimate and schedules
  • Quality management services
  • Commissioning and start up planning
  • Document and facilitate detailed project look back report
  • Use of the client’s QA system throughout the project
  • Provision of ad hoc discipline engineering services and project controls services to assist in reviews and project audits

Our approach enabled the recovery of overall project schedule, addressing issues from prior to our engagement to get project back on track and delivered on schedule and budget. Our success on this project was recognised by the Client and resulted in a number of further engineering appointments.
