We have designed the Tamarack facility as an innovative commercial steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) facility to produce 40,000 barrels per day of bitumen in two 20,000 barrels per day phases while recycling more than 95% of the produced water for steam reinjection.
The scope includes facility construction of the SAGD Central Production Facility (CPF), main facility off sites and utilities, a cogeneration system to provide power, well pads and interconnecting pipelines between the well pads and the main facility. There are also allowances for a future zero liquid discharge system.
We completed a Design Based Memorandum (DBM), and Front End Engineering Design (FEED) is in progress for Phase I.
